When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and optionally your company name and job title. This information is used to personalize your experience and manage your account.

When you upload resumes or paste job descriptions, we process these documents through our AI analysis pipeline. The content is used solely for generating match scores, interview questions, and hiring recommendations within your account.

We automatically collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, analysis counts, and session duration. This helps us improve the platform and understand how hiring teams interact with our tools.

Your resume and job description data is processed by our multi-agent AI pipeline to generate structured candidate evaluations, match scores, risk assessments, and interview question packs. This processing happens in real time and results are stored in your account.

We use your account information to authenticate sessions, send important platform updates, and provide customer support when requested.

Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics may be used to improve our AI models, optimize platform performance, and develop new features. Individual documents are never used for model training without explicit consent.

All data is stored in PostgreSQL databases with encryption at rest. API communication is secured with HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit.

Authentication is handled through JWT access and refresh tokens with secure httpOnly cookie storage. Sessions expire automatically and can be revoked at any time.

File uploads are stored securely with access controls that ensure only the uploading user can access their documents and analysis results.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or uploaded documents to third parties.

Resume and job description content is sent to OpenAI's API for AI-powered analysis. This processing is subject to OpenAI's data usage policies, and we use API configurations that minimize data retention on their end.

We may share anonymized, aggregated platform statistics with partners or in public reports, but these never contain identifiable personal information or document content.

You can access, update, or delete your account information at any time through your profile settings.

You can request a complete export of your data, including uploaded documents and analysis results, by contacting our support team.

You can request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data. Upon deletion, all resumes, job descriptions, analysis results, and personal information are permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. These are strictly necessary for the platform to function and cannot be disabled.

We use local storage to persist your theme preference (light/dark mode) and other non-sensitive UI settings.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Uploaded resumes and job descriptions are retained until you delete them or close your account.

Analysis results and generated interview questions are stored indefinitely within your account for reference, unless you choose to delete them.

Server logs containing anonymized request data are retained for 90 days for security monitoring and then automatically purged.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the platform or via email.

Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
